The Hotel and Restaurant Burgdorf has been firmly rooted in Hude since 1966. About 35 years ago, the Burgdorf family brought the idea for a unique aioli cream back from a vacation in Mallorca. The culinary experiment became a secret star on the menu.
The great demand during the lockdown led to "Aioli to-go", which is now available in selected grocery stores in the region. Whether as a dip, for grilling or simply on its own - Burgdorf's aioli gives every moment that certain something.
