The Burgdorf Hotel and Restaurant has been firmly rooted in Hude since 1966. About 35 years ago, the Burgdorf family came back from a holiday in Mallorca with the idea for a unique aioli cream.Ralf Burgdorf got to work immediately, refining the original recipe several times. The culinary experiment became a "little greeting from the kitchen" that quickly became the secret star of the menu.

The great demand during the lockdown led to "Aioli to-go", which is now available in selected grocery stores in the region. Whether as a dip, for grilling or simply on its own - Burgdorf's aioli gives every moment that certain something.
