All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. WLAN and parking spaces are free of charge. The charging station for electric cars is right behind our hotel.

Our hotel has its own first-class restaurant that is well-known even beyond our region. Dine à la carte in our winter garden, in the club room or in the room with a fireplace or, in good weather in our garden in the shade of old trees.
Our restaurant is open for lunch on Thursday & Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In the evening we open from 4 p.m. (kitchen from 5:30 p.m.). On Sunday our restaurant is closed for the a la carte business. At funeral services we are there for you every day and open! Other opening times for groups (e.g. birthdays or family celebrations) on request.

And keep this in mind: a celebration stands or falls on the food provided. Whether it is a set meal or a buffet meal – we leave nothing to chance.

The Burgdorf Hotel and Restaurant has been firmly rooted in Hude since 1966. About 35 years ago, the Burgdorf family came back from a holiday in Mallorca with the idea for a unique aioli cream. Ralf Burgdorf got to work immediately, refining the original recipe several times. The culinary experiment became a "little greeting from the kitchen" that quickly became the secret star of the menu.
The great demand during the lockdown led to "Aioli to-go", which is now available in selected grocery stores in the region. Whether as a dip, for grilling or simply on its own - Burgdorf's aioli gives every moment that certain something.
